Agilent TPS-Compact X3580 Turbo Pump Vacuum DRY Pumping Station IDP-3 Scroll

Description

This is a used Agilent pumping station. With the flip of a single switch, you can have a working UHV system!
It includes an Agilent TV 81 M pump is ISO63 / DN63 flange, IDP-3 scroll pump for dry pumping, automatic foreline valve, venting screw, and all required power supplies and controllers. It does NOT include a gauge (if you wish to use the built-in gauge controller and display, you will need a special gauge. Otherwise you can use any other vacuum gauge and controller to measure pressure.)
This item is used and WILL show some signs of use and wear. We have tested this unit and found it to be working. We have tested the pump with an ion gauge and it reached 1e-6 torr in just a few minutes. Ultimate vacuum will be improved with longer pumping times or a baked out system.
None of the other vacuum hardware or instruments shown in the 2nd and 3rd photos were included; they are just to demonstrate that the system is working.
