You are looking a set of etched passenger car Budd style end safety gates made by KV Models. The parts are HO Scale. The gates fit inside the door between the vestibule bulkheads or collision posts. The fret contains 2 gates which is enough to do both ends of 1 car.  The material is stainless steel and is ridiculously sturdy compared to thin etched brass. You will not bend this part out of shape by accident.
