You are looking an etched set from KV Models of details for the model of the EMD SW-1500. The parts are HO Scale. The set is made to fit the Athearn Ready to Roll models.  This set contains parts specific to the Wisconsin Central and Canadian National engines.  The mesh on the radiator screens is their unique style.  The set also includes class light cover plates, radiator fan, radiator shutters, and cab side window block off panels.  Note that in the photo of the cab side showing the block off panels, they are just laying there on the model for purposes of the photo.  When attached properly, they will sit slush with the side of the cab once the weatherstripping around the oblong windows is trimmed off.  CA is recommended for attachment of all parts.  The material is stainless steel and is ridiculously sturdy compared to thin etched brass.
