Wire EDM Medium Part Fixture
All parts are made with 420 stainless steel and hardened to 45-55 RC (unless specified)
precision ground +/-.0002" flat/parallel.
1- Fixture
2- Sloted clamp
5mm SHCS(stainless) for mounting clamps, and a stop
5mm set screws(stainless) for holding part
Hieght is 2 inch, width is 2 inch, lenght is 6 inch
part step is 1.25 inch X 1.25 inch (size may vary)
The two screw counter bores are for 8mm x1.25 screws and they are 50mm apart.
both clamps are tapped for 5mm screws and all the tapped holes in the fixture are 5mm
